Spring Yoga in the Park is Here!

Yoga in the Park is back! Longtime partner Yoga Yoga will once again be teaching free all-level hatha yoga classes in Republic Square Park every Wednesday in April and May from 12 – 1 p.m. Please note, the park will be closed April 22 due to Food and Wine Festival.

The Little Yoga House returns to the historic Wooldridge Square Park bandstand to offer 45-minute family yoga sessions every third Sunday of the month. Most months classes will be from 11-11:45 a.m. During June, July, and August, classes will be held from 9:30-10:15 a.m.

New this year, Karlie Lemos and Dana Makover will be offering monthly all-levels hatha/vinyasa classes in Stacy Park. Classes will be held every fourth Saturday at 11 a.m. and yogis will meet by the fitness equipment.

If classes are canceled for weather or any other reason, updates will be posted via social media and our calendar page.
