Amplify Austin’s Greenspace
Amplify Austin is a 24-hour period of giving back to local non-profits on March 1 & 2, 2018 from 6pm to 6pm. When you donate to Austin Parks Foundation, you are helping us continue our mission of making Austin’s parks safe and accessible for everyone. Through your donations we are able to continue to fund projects that amplify Austin’s green spaces.
Thanks to your generosity, we were able to accomplish so much in 2017. The ten year project at Republic Square Park was completed, and headway was made on Seaholm Waterfront and Colony District Park. In addition to these big projects, we also saw smaller improvements at neighborhood parks such as landscape improvements at Mayfield, a new shade structure at Dick Nichols, plus countless volunteer projects and amenity installations around the city. Read on to see how we’re amplifying a green space near you in our Amplify highlights of each district!
