Pace Bend is a Travis County park approximately 30 miles west of Austin on Lake Travis. The west side of the park features high, limestone cliffs and numerous rocky coves with some impressive views available of Lake Travis, especially at sunset.

Description: A shady downtown oasis, this historic square is a great place to picnic after visiting the O Henry Museum. It is also the site of the annual O Henry Pun Off.
As of Late Oct 08, there are several construction projects. The final phase of Suzanna Dickinson House restoration is underway and the south side of the park is seeing new sidewalks, 12 new trees, lighting and other improvements as part of the Capital Metro Train Station. Recent improvements funded by the Austin Parks Foundation include benches, trash cans, irrigation, vines and shrubs planted.
